Guidelines:
To win the prize, participants must become a Farmers Bank & Trust Instagram follower or mail in a postcard to P.O. Box 250, Magnolia, AR 71754 with their name, phone number, and ATTN: FB&T Instagram Contest before February 15, 2020 at midnight CST. If you are already following @myfbtbank prior to this contest, you are automatically entered for a chance to win.
Winners cannot be an employee or immediate relative of a Farmers Bank & Trust employee to include siblings, children, parents, or grandparents. Must be a U.S. citizen and be 18 years old or older to win. It is not necessary to be Farmers Bank & Trust customer to win. The persons who win must reply to an Instagram message or phone call to claim the prize and receive further instructions. Winners must sign Farmers Bank & Trust photo release form to be posted on the Bank’s social media pages.
Upon receipt of a prize, winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. All taxes on the prizes as well as any expenses which are not expressly described herein are winners’ sole responsibility. The gym membership prize will be paid directly to the gym of choice and may not be transferred, duplicated, auctioned, shared, or sold. Should a rule or law be violated, or if, in the opinion of Farmers Bank & Trust, fraudulent or improper methods were used, the participants agree to release and hold harmless Farmers Bank & Trust and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and shareholders from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest. FB&T is not responsible for human error, theft, destruction, or damage to continuation of the contest or the application of the contest impractical.
