The Farmers Bank & Trust branch in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, located at 409 S. Park Drive, has a fresh new interior look thanks to a remodel that has enhanced and modernized the banking experience for customers and employees.
One of the most significant changes has come by installing new teller pods. The formerly dimly-lit corridor of the bank has been replaced with a bright and airy teller area that allows employees to easily build relationships with customers without a wall between them.
“The branch is so much more spacious and welcoming now,” said J Bigham, Farmers Bank & Trust Market President for De Queen, Idabel, and Broken Bow. “There is more direct access to the tellers, and the layout is more efficient and customer-friendly. All of it makes a brighter and more vibrant atmosphere.”
A new café area is also a unique part of the improvements. The design features a coffee brewer, free Wi-Fi, charging stations, and a community seating area where customers can relax and utilize mobile banking tools. The drive-thru lanes also feature new communication equipment and a MyFarmers iTeller ITM, which features a live teller to aid customers, has been installed.
“When you walk into the newly remodeled branch, you will know how invested we are in Broken Bow,” Bigham added. “We have all the great modern features that Farmers Bank & Trust offers, plus we still have the same friendly employees to help guide customers through every Season of Life. The whole project will greatly improve how customers feel in the branch.”
To see the new look, stop by the Broken Bow branch today. The lobby is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MyFarmers iTeller ITM hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. An open house event will be held Thursday, September 14th, 2023 at 11:30 a.m.
