Farmers Bank & Trust is proud to introduce a full-service Spanish-language banking program. The program features a Spanish-language website, bilingual online and call-in customer service programs, and personal in-branch support at several locations.

Accessible Spanish-Language Website

The Spanish-language website is accessible at www.MyFarmers.Bank/Espanol and offers the same user-friendly experience and easy-to-access products as the English version. The MyFarmers Mobile banking application is also Spanish-enabled, according to your device’s language settings.

Personalized Bilingual Support for Our Customers

To ensure personal service remains a priority, Farmers Bank & Trust has a team of bilingual employees ready to assist walk-in customers and phone inquiries with various banking service needs. Furthermore, customer service tools such as online chat and the Farmers Bank & Trust Customer Contact Center are staffed with Spanish-speaking representatives to enhance customer experience.
