Farmers Bank & Trust (FB&T) donated $10,000 to the Magnolia Police Department on August 1, 2024. This contribution will enhance local officer training and help purchase essential equipment for the department.
This donation is the third installment of FB&T’s five-year, $50,000 commitment to support the Magnolia Police Department.
Magnolia Police Department Chief Todd Dew expressed his gratitude, saying, “We deeply appreciate this donation. Farmers Bank consistently supports local law enforcement, and we are thankful for their ongoing generosity.”
Monty Harrington, FB&T Magnolia Market President, stated, “Our first responders are true heroes. It is crucial that they are well-trained and well-equipped to keep Magnolia safe. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Magnolia Police Department for their bravery and dedication, and we are honored to support them.”
