Beginning Thursday, April 9, 2020, several of our branch locations will provide free WiFi service to students and families to help as schools continue classes online and companies encourage employees to work from home.
Access will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. any day of the week for students to complete their schoolwork. Students can access the WiFi connection from the parking lots of the following offices until May 31, 2020:

- Texarkana, TX: 2900 St. Michael Drive, 5600 Richmond Road
- Texarkana, AR: 3601 East 9th Sreet, 1102 Arkansas Boulevard
- New Boston, TX: 416 North McCoy Boulevard
- Prosper, TX: 750 N Preston Road
- Hope, AR: 201 East Third Steet
- Camden, AR: 116 Jefferson Street SW
- Prescott, AR: 103 E 2nd Street South
- Malvern, AR: 521 E Page Avenue
- Bryant, AR: 3316 AR-5, Suite 2

To ensure the health and safety of customers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have modified the hours and services available at all locations until further notice.
The Magnolia – Hollensworth, Magnolia – University, East Camden, Rockport, and Hope South locations are closed. All other Bank lobbies are available only by appointment for transactions that cannot occur by drive-thru, phone, or online. The Farmers Bank & Trust Customer Care Center is open for all questions and assistance from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday by calling the toll-free line at 855-855-3268.
