The Farmers Bank & Trust branch at 409 S. Park Drive is getting a new look. This interior renovation will enhance and modernize the banking experience for customers in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
One of the most significant changes is the installation of new teller pods that will function the same as the traditional teller line but will allow employees to quickly build relationships with customers without a wall in between them.
A new café is also a big part of the plans. The design will feature a Starbucks brewer, free Wi-Fi, charging stations, and a seating area where customers can relax and utilize mobile banking tools.
“We’re really excited about the updates coming to our Broken Bow branch,” said Joe Pieratt, Chief Operating Officer at FB&T. “Customers will immediately see and feel the changes when they walk through the doors. The bright and modern interior will drastically improve the experience at Farmers Bank & Trust for everyone.”
J Bigham, Market President for Broken Bow, Idabel, and De Queen, Arkansas, said, “This project will completely change how you view our location in Broken Bow. It will offer major improvements to customer services and update the building. This remodel is just one step, but it shows how much Farmers Bank & Trust is invested in Broken Bow and the surrounding communities in southeast Oklahoma.”
Currently, the renovation is expected to be complete by early fall 2023, and services will be uninterrupted during this project.
All proposed renderings were submitted by David Fuller, Principal Architect at PWCampbell.
