“You have to have a good relationship with your bank. That’s one thing we’ve always had – we’ve always had a good relationship with our lenders. You have to have that open communication because when you go in to put in an investment especially into something like a hotel, that’s quite an investment. You have to save. You always have to have a nice nest egg. I’ve learned that from my father.”
