Our ROSE Program is a distinguished ladies’ event designed to create a community impact for female leaders in the markets we serve. The Farmers Bank Foundation hosts ROSE events in honor of the Farmers Bank & Trust founding members’ granddaughter, Mary Harsh, who was a trail blazer. She embodied resilience and loved gathering with other women to connect, encourage, and enrich one another.
